Overview
A D&C shoring package in which RIX installed 1,400 lm of 600mm dia. piers, 326lm of capping beam, 200no. anchors, 1,900m2 of shotcrete and performed PIT and DPA pile testing. RIX was then engaged by AW Edwards for the foundation works, comprising of 750 lm of 750/900/1200mm foundation piles and later on a shoring system connecting the new build to the Year 2000 building along with shotcreting the excavated tunnel face.
