Due to the sensitivity of the project (situated next to a Heritage & government building), ground conditions (loose sand and high water table) and high tension loads, the design had to be reviewed extensively and approved by various external consultants and authorities. The project consist of 266 interlocking secant piles, 133 lm capping beam (up to 1200mm high), anchors, walers & bracings/struts.
