RIX continue to expand their fleet of state-of-the-art drilling rigs
The SM-6 is a multipurpose rig that suits a wide range of ground engineering work requirements, such as soil-nailing, rock bolting, anchoring and micropiling. Complementing our current fleet, it will be very useful in our day to day work. It includes the following items:
- Steel undercarriage: width 1700 mm and shoes 300 mm
- Load sensing hydraulic system
- Kinematic mechanism: Swiveling boom articulation by slew ring on the base machine enables parallel drilling on the tracks up to +/- 90°
- Counter slide: slew ring on mast for +/- 180° rotation
- Sliding mast by cylinder
- Telescopic boom of 400 mm on base carrier
- Modular mast and hoist system
- Rotary cradle with side shifting
- Full radio remote control
