RIX are a licensed underpinning contractor (License # 126432C) and have in house expertise on underpinning projects including hand excavation and boring, poured in situ or shotcreted piers and hydraulic jacking.

 

Below are photos of a recently completed project for a major builder in NSW where the front section of the house had settled up to 60mm due to inadequate foundations in the original construction. Rix were engaged to bore new piers under the house, raise the house to the required level using hydraulic jacks, dry pack with non shrink grout & reinstate concrete slabs
