The Rix Group have been undertaking shotcrete works at K2RQ on several walls along the rail corridor with 1.5km of Padstow Station. The works have included various shotcrete finishes – gun, wood float sponge and screed.

Working in the rail corridor has proved challenging as access is limited and several areas have involved working at height. All works have been carried out under the supervision of protection officers with and with strict safety controls in place and all works comply with RTA Specifications R64 and R68.
