STEP 1 - Excavation and Steel Installation
Reinforcement gives the shotcrete pool tensile stength. RIX Trade Qualified Steel Fixers install the reinforcement to the Design Engineers specification.

STEP 2 - Shotcrete Application

Shotcrete free of air pockets or honeycombing is essential for quality pool construction. RIX have the latest Transcrete Shotcrete Pumps that enable high velocity shotcrete application enabling up to 99% compaction. Exprienced Shotcrete Specialists apply the shotcrete methodically over around and through the steel reinforcing mesh - void free.
 
 
 
 
STEP 4 - Decorative Finish Application
 
The final finish can be tiles, pebbles or any other finish the client desires.
